Brian
Warren
was a dedicated public servant for over twenty-nine years. As a
career military
intelligence officer in the US Army,
he held ranks from lieutenant to colonel. Over eight years of that
time was spent commanding large, complex military intelligence
organizations both in the United States and overseas.
As
a school-trained management consultant and strategist, Brian has
extensive experience within the Department of Defense, the
National Security Agency and the Army. He has researched and
trained in the areas of teams, leadership development,
communication and organizational management. In addition, he has
served as a consultant for Maine’s effort in quality development
and implemented a quality initiative for over 18,000 employees.
Brian
has worked with individual Departments and Agencies in state
government in their quality experience as well as extensive
experience in facilitation and instructional systems design.
He
has worked with the FIRO model for over twenty-nine years. Brian has
also studied under the late Dr. Will Schutz (creator of the FIRO
instruments and the evolutionary Human Element model) and is
currently practicing as a Senior
Trainer.

He
combines his technical knowledge with the hands on ability of
applying quality both as a leader and manager and as a team
member. He has
executed numerous redesign efforts specifically related to
organizational development, communication, leadership development,
and quantifying measurable organizational objectives. His
experience in planning, developing, and executing the Balanced
Scorecard with organizations is extensive.
Brian
graduated from Bowdoin College and holds a Masters Degree in
Business Administration from the University of Northern
Colorado.
For
the past seventeen years he has worked as a successful consultant, and
is recognized on a national basis for his abilities dealing with
organizational development and quality issues. He has been an
examiner, senior examiner, and Judge for Maine's state quality
award process.
Brian
is also an active participant in Massachusetts Institute of
Technology’s System’s Thinking efforts and the Creative
Learning Exchange. |
